Fiber Reinforced Acrylic Liquid Water Proofing Membrane.
Mahaguard Terrace coat – FB is a special acrylic resin based fiber reinforced terrace waterproof coating system. It has excellent flexibility and thixotropic nature with antifungal and crackbridging ability.
Features:
- It is suitable for horizontal surfaces.
- It is not affected by sparkling radiant heat.
- It adheres well to dry, wet, absorbent & non-absorbent surfaces.
- It is resistant to all – dilute acids or alkali, fumes or fluid gases.
- Excellent – Adhesion: bonds to porous and non porous surfaces.
- Provides seamless and joint free seal throughout the surface, which is impervious to water.
- Microbial – resistance to fungus and algae hence maintains the aesthetic value.
- Fiber reinforcement provides improved tensile strength.
Application Areas :
- Waterproofing for roofs ranging from asphalt, asbestos, cement to concrete, metal surfaces, and terrazzo tiles.
- Recommended for horizontal structure, decks & slabs.
- Waterproofing of roof slabs, terraces, balconies, sun shades, parapet walls, etc. COATED
- Waterproofing of new as well as old surfaces.
- It has good adhesion for all types of polymers and bituminous coatings.
- It can be used for slope roofs and passages.
Properties :
Coverage : 1kg/m2 in 2 coats application and DFT @ 600-700 μ.
Packing : Mahaguard Terrace coat- FB is available in 1kg, 5kg and 20kg pails.
Storage & Self Life : The shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened containers. Store in a cool and dry place.
