Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer.
Mahaguard CTE is a high build two pack waterproofing and anti corrosive system based upon epoxy resin, coal tar & amine curing agents specially chosen for their ability to withstand high degrees of corrosion and also for mild chemical attacks.
Features:
- Easily applicable by brush or trowel.
- Bonds strongly to most of the building material.
- Cures to a tough, elastic, waterproof film.
- It seals the cracks & surface porosity.
- No primer is required excellent resistance to UV & chemical aggression.
Application Areas :
- Used as anti-corrosive coating for mild steel structures, sewerage & effluent plants.
- Protective coating for concrete & steel (internal & external, buried & submerged structure).
- Damp-proof membrane.
- Anti skid applications in conjunction with non slip aggregates.
- Protection of bitumen asphalt and tar based surfaces from fuels and oil.

Mixing Ratio : Part I : Part II = 90 : 10 by volume
Coverage : 4.0 – 4.5m2/L/ coat.
Packing : 4L & 20L.
Storage & Self Life : Shelf life is 1 year in sealed container. Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30°C. Storageshould be frost protected.
