Cementitious, Non-Shrink, Free Flow Grout.
NS Grout 50 is a non-shrink, natural aggregate precision grout with excellent
high early and ultimate strengths. It is specially formulated to provide extended working time even at high ambient temperatures when mixed and placed at any recommended consistency. NS Grout 50 is supplied as a ready to use dry powder requiring only addition of clean water as per guidelines of water powder ratio. It has excellent shrinkage resistance and free flowing properties. It does not cause corrosion of machine parts, bolts & plate etc. in contact with it.

Coverage :
- Mix 3.3L to 3.9L of water for 25kg bag of NS Grout 50 to achieved groove filling consistency.
- With in 15 Minute after mixing place grout into forms to avoid air entrapment.
- It is an excellent grout for pumping even at high flow.
- Use vibrator or mechanical stirrer to ensure homogeneous mix.
Packing : NS Grout 50 is available in 25kg bag.
Storage & Self Life : Shelf life is 12 months. Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30°C. Storage should be frost protected.
