Super Plasticiser for Concrete & Mortars.
Mahaproof SPL – 300 is a high-end water reducing which de-flocculates
plasticizing admixture for concrete and cement mortar. The product enhances the work-ability and reduces water consumption considerably. It has good plasticizing properties, makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation. It can be used to improve concrete performance without the addition of extra water or to allow redaction in the free water contents of
concrete mix.

Application Areas :
- Mahaproof SPL – 300 is formulated for use by commercial ready-mix operators, who can benefit from its multiple role characteristics by minimizing admixture stock.
- Production of self-compacting concrete.
- To effect reductions in the water cement ratio enabling either higher strength or cement economy.
- Use in prestressed concrete.
Properties :
Dosage : Approximate dosage is 0.8% -1.0% by the weight of cement. For M10 to M30 grades. Higher dosages are recommended for certain combinations of materials and conditions & when water reduction more than 15% is required. In all cases, trial mixes should be carried out to determine the optimum dosage required to achieve the desired concrete property.
Packing : Mahaproof SPL – 300 is available in 20kg, 50kg & 250kg barrel.
Storage & Self Life : Shelf life is 12 months in unopened container. Store at cool & dry place, away from sunlight.
