PCE Based Super Plasticiser for High Performance Concrete.
Mahaproof PCE – 400 is an high performance super plasticizing admixture
based on PCE for concrete and cement mortar. The product enhances the
work-ability and reduces water consumption considerably. It has good
plasticizing properties, makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation. It
has been develop for applications in high performance concrete where
highest durability and performance is required.
Features:
- Suitable for use with all types of sand and cement normally employed in mortar manufacture.
- Improves work-ability & compaction.
- Reduces water content thereby enables preparation of high grade concrete with the same composition.

Properties :
Dosage : Approximate dosage is 0.5% – 1 % by the weight of cement. For M10 to M60 grades. Higher dosages are recommended for certain combinations of materials and conditions & when water reduction more than 15% is required. In all cases, trial mixes should be carried out to determine the optimum dosage required to achieve the desired concrete property.
Packing : Mahaproof PCE – 400 is available in 20kg, 50kg & 250kg barrel.
Storage & Self Life : Shelf life is 12 months in unopened container. Store at cool & dry place, away from sunlight.
