Two Component Primer For Concrete And Steel Surface.
Mahafloor EP prime – 743 is a two component solvated resin based primer suitable for Mahafloor range of epoxy / PU resin based products. It
is designed as a moisture in sensitive adhesive and binder for numerous application needs and available in low viscosity and high modulus.
Features:
- Corrosion and abrasion resistant.
- Can withstand operating temperature from -30°C to 100°C (dry heat).
- Excellent bonding to concrete, wood, ceramic and steel materials.
- Excellent adhesion.
- Easy to apply by brush / roller.
- Can be applied even on damp surfaces.
- Good penetrating property suitable for steel & concrete surfaces.
- Highly resistance to aggressive chemicals.

- Sealing porous concrete.
- Priming and coating.
- Priming on concrete surfaces & steel substrates floors, walls, chemical storage tanks, effluent treatment tanks, lining of bulk
chemical storage tank, etc.
Properties :
Mixing Ratio: The mixing should be done thoroughly of part A & B by mechanical stirrer till homogeneous colour / pest is achieved.
Coverage : 5-7m2/kg and coverage depends on porosity of substrate.

Storage & Self Life : Shelf life is 12 months in sealed container. Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30°C. Storage should be frost protected.
