Two Component, Multipurpose Polyurethane for Hard Wearing, Skid Resistant, Flexible Flooring System.
Mahafloor PU coat -301 is a solvated polyurethane polymer based moderate chemical resistance & waterproof coating. It cures to form tough and abrasion resistant, waterproof and weather durable coating. Available in 3 finish varieties viz. gloss, semi gloss, and matt finishes.
Features:
- It is resistant to impact, abrasion, scratches etc.
- Bonds strongly on cement, concrete, asbestos, mild steels, cement plasters etc.
- It is durable with low maintenance costs.
- Resistant to water, dilute acids, alkalis, oils and various other chemical solutions. Impervious finish provides early clean surface.
- It can be applied on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Highly resistance to fungus and algae attack.
Application Areas :
- For clean applications like pharmaceuticals, chemical storage areas, hospitals, offices, computer rooms etc.
- For waterproofing of external buildings, floor coating, roof terraces, chhajas, concrete/ steel water tank (externally).
- It provides medium build hard wearing, chemical and abrasion resistant coating.
- It can be used as slip resistant coating in wet areas where a medium degree of chemical resistance is required e.g. breweries, dairies, soft drink production plants etc.
Properties :
Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 90 : 10 by weight.
Coverage :
- Mahafloor PU coat – 301 covers approximately about 4 to 6m2/kg/coat.
- Normally 2 coats are recommended to achieve about 125 to 150 μ thickness.
Packing : 5kg kit.
Storage & Self Life : Shelf life is one year when materials are stored in unopened containers as per recommended storage conditions.
