Description
Mahaguard Roof Coat Ultra-705 is an elastomeric fibre reinforced waterproofing membrane. It based on special acrylic polymer with special fibers. It provides a seamless and tough waterproof barrier with excellent crack bridging ability that can accommodate movements due to thermal variations.

Properties:
Surface Preparation : Substrate must be dry, clean, free of grease, loose particles, dust etc. Any existing cavities in concrete should be repaired with Non shrink cementitious grout in advance. Intense wide cracks on the substrate must be filled with the PS or PU sealants. For porous concrete substrate or old waterproofing
layers and other porous surfaces should be primed with suitable primer.
Consumption : 1.2 m /L/>500μm DFT. Consumption may vary & it depends on the substrate porosity.
Packing : 1 L, 5 L & 20 L
Storage & Self Life : Store in a cool dry place under shed away from heat. Shelf life is one year in original unopened conditions. Protect the material against moisture and direct sunlight. Storage temperature: 20 to 30°C.
