Mahacrete Hackaid Plast-703 is a unique single pack polymeric solution that strengthens the bond between plaster, new and old concrete greatly.
Features:
- It holds the concrete tightly due to interaction polymerisation.
- As the concrete cures, the bond strength also increases.
- Non-ionic hence, no possibilities of attack on concrete by ions like chlorides, alkali sulphates, etc.
- It does not have any corroding or deteriorating effect on the reinforcement steel.
- The bond between steel and concrete is also preserved by Mahacrete Hackaid Plast-703.
- Laboratory tests reveal that the force required to pull out Mahacrete Hackaid Plast-703 aided surface is twice the force required to detach
ordinary plaster. (Mahacrete Hackaid Plast-703 not used) - In general, in many repair cases gunniting does not last due to inadequate bond. This may be easily remedied by Mahacrete Hackaid Plast-703.
- Plaster can be applied on Mahacrete Hackaid Plast-703 applied substrate after 15 minutes to 48 hrs or even more.
- It can be used as a bonding layer before gunniting to reduce the rebound loss.

Properties:
Methods of Application :
- Clean the surface with water jet thoroughly to remove dirt, loose, particles etc.
- Moisten the surface with water.
- On the entire clean moist surface, apply a coat of Mahacrete Hackaid Plast-703 directly by spray or roller or ordinary coating/paint brush.
- During plastering/concreting, when the surface becomes tacky apply a chat/dash-coat of cement mortar or place concrete, say after 15 minutes.
- However, tacky period may vary depending on external atmospheric conditions, saturation degree of substrate etc. Check and ensure that the surface is tacky prior to application.
- Plaster the surface or place the concrete in the usual manner after setting of the chat/ dash coat.
Consumption : 9 to 10 m /L on a fairly smooth surface when applied by spray.
Packing : 1 L, 5 L & 20 L
Storage & Self Life : 12 months when stored in closed, sealed containers in a cool and dry place.
