Two Component, Low Viscosity Epoxy Resin Injection Grout.
Mahagrout LVEP is a two pack epoxy resin system with special properties in built to suit for injection grouting and for granite gap widths of 0.25 to 10mm.
Features:
- Excellent flowability which is required for an injection grouting.
- Both early and ultimate strengths are high.
- It has a good chemical resistance.
- Because it is solvent free epoxy resin system, it takes care of the shrinkage problem.
- This non-shrink nature helps to maintain strong bond with contact surface.
Application Areas :
- Can be applied in crack injection and for filling cold joints.
- For filling base plates and bolt pockets with gaps less than 10mm.
- It is an ideal product for repairs, rehabilitation of structure showing hair line cracks (rehabilitate cracked load bearing elements of
bridges, girders, columns, beams etc.) - To fill up cracks in roof slabs and other areas to make them waterproof.

Dosage : Part 1 : Part 2 = 77 : 23 by weight.
Coverage : About 1.08kg of material is required to fill up 1000cc volume gap.
Packing : 1kg, 5kg & 20kg
Storage & Self Life : Shelf life is 1 year in sealed container. Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30°C. Storage should be frost protected.
