Mahaguard EG Clear Coat is transparent acrylic UV TPR that provides resistance to weathering, foot traffic and offers UV and weathering properties. It is single component milky white liquid which will be transparent after drying. Especially it is used for unreachable areas. It seals the porosity of concrete and porous substrate. Typical applications include a clear acrylic UV TPR for china mosaic tiles and glass mosaic tiles.

Typical Application:
- Protection of concrete, mortar, masonry and other mineral facade surfaces.
- Terraces where already china chips are fixed. It fills the joints on the china chips and forms a hard and tough transparent film.
- Parapet wall, Brick wall, Exterior plastered wall, painted surfaces, stone wall, bathroom tiles etc.
- It can be applied in difficult/unreachable areas where normal waterproofing is not possible.
Properties:
Application : Pre wet the surface with water adequately to get SSD condition. Ensure that there is no standing water. After saturating the surface, apply minimum two coats by brush or roller. For unreachable areas we can throw the material.
Coverage : 8 -10 m /liter/coat. It may vary depending on surface porosity.
Packing : 1L, 5L & 20L
Storage & Self Life : Shelf life is 2 year from the date of manufacturing in unopened container. Store in dry & moisture free area.
