Two Component Polyaspartic Hybrid Aliphatic Polyurea.
Mahaguard Polyurea HB is a two component, polyaspartic hybrid aliphatic
polyurea hi-build coating with excellent resistance to UV & atmospheric
exposure. The fully cured coating has very good chemical resistance. It has a
best water and chemical resistance & suitable for exterior applications, where in non-chalkingproperties and very good abrasion resistance.
Features:
- Mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and weather resistance properties.
- Uniform, elastic, seamless joints.
- Root resistance.
- Highly elastomeric aliphatic polyurea coating.
- Crack bridging ability upto 3 to 4mm
- Due to fast setting nature, applied coating dose not wash out even shower after 1-2 hours.
- It has good adhesion on various surfaces like concrete, metal, wood etc.

Properties :
Mixing Ratio : Individual container separately, Part – A and Part – B, stir well, to get homogeneous material.
Coverage :Coverage over primed surface, apply mixed material with brush/roller at the rate of 0.8kg to 0.9kg/m2/coat/0.5mm DFT. Apply 2nd coat perpendicular to first coat, after 12-16 hrs intervals.

Storage & Self Life : The shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened containers. Store in a cool and dry place.
