Acrylic Liquid Water Proofing Membrane.
Mahaguard Terrace Coat – HB is liquid membrane, which is a highly elastic, solvent free, natural rubber like Acrylic based waterproofing system. It is suitable for both indoor & outdoor sealing work.
Features:
- It dries to form a seamless, highly elastic & waterproof membrane.
- It is suitable for horizontal surfaces.
- In normal roof layer construction, it is not affected by sparkling radiant heat.
- It adheres well to dry, wet, absorbent & non-absorbent surfaces.
- It is resistant to all – dilute acids or alkali, fumes or fluid gases.
- It is cold & heat resistant to weathering & aging.
- Excellent – Adhesion: bonds to porous and non porous surfaces.
Application Areas :
- Waterproofing for roofs ranging from asphalt, asbestos, cement to concrete, metal surfaces, and terrazzo tiles.
- Recommended for horizontal structure, decks & slabs.
- Waterproofing of roof slabs, terraces, balconies, sun shades, parapet walls, etc.
- Waterproofing of new as well as old surfaces.
- It has good adhesion for all types of polymers and bituminous coatings.
- It can be used for slope roofs and passages.
Properties :
Coverage : 1.5kg-1.8kg/m2 in 2 coats application and DFT @ 950-1000 μ.
Packing : Mahaguard Terrace coat – HB is available in 1kg, 5kg and 20 kg pails.
Storage & Self Life : The shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened containers. Store in a cool and dry place.
