Single Component, MS Polymer Based Hybrid Sealant.
Mahaseal MS – 900 is based upon hybrid silyl modified polyether technology. It is suitable in wide range of applications. It is a technology that combines the unique features of silicone and polyurethane sealants. It is a moisture cured sealant with “Non” bubbling properties when applied in high humidity or moist
substrates.

Usage:
Elastic bonding and sealing for bus, train, metal frames, metal to metal joints, trailers, caravan, yatch, construction joints, flooring,
metal frames, natural stones, aluminium, concrete and fibre glass.
How to apply: Substrates must be clean dry and free from grease, dirt, oil, detergent and loose materials. Cut tip off cartridge, cut nozzle to o desired size at 45 angle. Screw nozzle onto cartridge. Insert cartridge into caulking gun. Push sealant ahead for uniform bead, clean off excess Sealant with toluene before dry. Curing time: 30 minutes and it cures to a depth of 11.5mm in 7 days.
Packing: 600ml Sausage and per box 20 sausages.
Storage & Self Life : 12 months in closed original packaging stored in dry premises at a temperature lower than 25°C. In cold weather, store the cartridges at about 20°C before use.
