Single Component, Non-Shrink Polyurethane Sealant.
Mahaseal PU-600 is single component polyurethane based elastomeric sealant which cures under the effect of atmospheric humidity. It is highy elastic, tear and weather resistant.
Features:
- Movement accommodation factor ± 30%.
- Highly resistant to seawater, diluted acids and alkalis.
- Odorless.
- UV resistant and fast curing.
- Low VOC.
- Stable @ temp – 40°C to 80°C.
- Cures to a tough, durable, elastic consistency with excellent cut and tear resistance.
- Paintable non-sticky once cured.
Surface Preparation :
- Must be clean even free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminants that could harm bonding.
- After cleaning fill the gaps with the nozzle cartridge.
Packing : Mahaseal PU – 600 is available in 600ml sausage.
Storage & Self Life : 12 months in closed original packaging stored in dry premises at a temperature lower than 25 °C. In cold weather, store the cartridges at about 20 °C before use.
