Description
Mahacol Nail Free is an instant grip adhesive sealant based on advance MS Polymer technology. The instant grab technology which eliminates the need for bracing, nailing, screwing and other fastening devices. It is Solvent, Silicone and Isocyanate Free and Non-staining for natural stones applications. It has an excellent UV, weather and temperature resistance. It has excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates and is paintable with most common industrial paints.

Properties :
Suface Preparation & Application :
- Ensure that all surface area clean, dry & free from all loose dirt, dust oil grease or any other containment. This may impair adhesion. Metal surface should be cleaned & degreased.
- The tip of the nozzle is cut according to the width of the surface and fixed to the applicator.
- The cartridge package is cut cap above thread and fixed to a suitable gun.
The cap nut is screwed to the cartridge cylinder of the gun - The joints should be filled at one time and without gaps during the application.
- Bond both the substrate before skin formation and allow it for drying.
- The opened packages should be consumed as quickly as possible.
- The contaminate areas and used tools should be cleaned with white
spirit or alcohol within 10 minutes. It is cleaned only mechanically after cured.
Packing : Mahacol Nail Free is supplied in 435g plastic cartridge, 25 pcs packed in one Box.
Storage & Self Life : Store in a cool, dry place. Away from direct sunlight and moisture. Storage temperature to be below and 30˚C. 12 months from date of manufacture in above storage condition.
